Impact & Risks

Air quality in the 'poor' category, as seen in Delhi, can cause breathing discomfort to most individuals, especially on prolonged exposure. Moderate air quality levels in cities like Noida and Ghaziabad may lead to breathing difficulties for people with pre-existing conditions such as asthma, lung disorders, or heart disease. The 'very poor' air quality in Khanna, Punjab, poses a higher risk of respiratory issues and discomfort for sensitive groups.
